1. Our General Policy
At Web AI Moon, we highly value the satisfaction of our "UniversiTest" users. We stand behind our services and offer a transparent refund policy. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a Premium or Premium+ plan from our platform.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
When you purchase your first annual subscription to the Premium or Premium+ plan, you may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days from the date of payment if you are not completely satisfied.
This 14-day period is intended to allow you to test all the features of our platform and determine if it fully meets your educational needs.
3. Cases Not Eligible for a Refund
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- Special Condition for Premium+ Plan: If more than 30% of the allocated Artificial Intelligence (AI) credits provided with the Premium+ plan have been consumed. This condition is in place because AI services incur a direct financial cost to us, and it aims to prevent misuse of our policy.
- If your account has been blocked or restricted for violating our Terms of Service.
- Since we do not store card information and subscriptions do not auto-renew, refunds are not provided for subsequent annual purchases. The 14-day guarantee is valid only for the first purchase.
4. Special Case: Technical Issues
If you were unable to use the service you purchased due to a major technical issue on our platform, and our technical support team cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, this situation will be considered an exception. In such a case, please contact us with the details of the problem.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to `contact@universitest.app` from the email address you used for the purchase. Including your account details and purchase date in your request will expedite the process. Your request will be answered within 2-3 business days.
6. Upon Refund Approval
Once your refund request is approved, the payment will be returned to the card used for the purchase within 5-10 business days. At the same time, your account will be immediately downgraded to the Free plan, and access to Premium features will be suspended.
