One account for your whole teaching staff

Schools, universities, training centres and companies can run UniversiTest from a single administrator account: licences bought in bulk, teachers managed in one place, and class lists shared across the whole organization.

What an administrator account gives you

Licences in bulk

Buy licences for 10 to 50 teachers in one annual purchase, on the Standard, Premium+ or AI Mentor plan. The larger the pack, the less you pay per teacher.

Add teachers by email

You add a teacher with their email address. If they already use UniversiTest, their account and their tests stay exactly as they are — only the plan changes to yours.

Replace a teacher who leaves

Change the email address on a licence, or remove the teacher and add someone else. A removed teacher keeps their own account on the Free plan, and the licence goes back to your quota.

Shared class rosters

Create the classes centrally and add students one by one or by pasting a whole list. Every student gets a personal code, and your teachers pick these classes when they start an exam.

One overview

Your dashboard shows how many licences are in use, how many are left, which plan is running and the date it expires.

How to start

Register as an administrator

Use the button below, or tick "I am a school administrator" at the bottom of the registration form. Registering is free.
Choose a plan and the number of licences

Your panel lists the packs from 10 to 50 teachers on each plan. As soon as the payment goes through, the administration tools open.
Add your teachers and classes

A teacher who already has an account gets the plan the moment you add them. One who has none simply registers with that same email address. Class rosters can be prepared at the same time.

An administrator account is not a teacher account

An administrator manages licences, teachers and class rosters, but does not create tests or run exams. One email address can be either an administrator or a teacher, so if you teach as well, register a separate teacher account with another address.

Start with your organization

Registering costs nothing. You choose the plan and the number of licences afterwards, inside the administration panel.
