At "VEBAİMOON Məhdud Məsuliyyətli Cəmiyyəti" (WebAIMoon) (“We”, “Us”), we respect the privacy of our UniversiTest (“Platform”, “Service”) users and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights when using the Platform.

2. Information We Collect
A) For Instructors (Account Creators):
- Registration Data: The email address of the Google account you use to create an account. Google does not share your password with us. We do not store user passwords.
- Usage Data: The assessments, questions, answers, and results you create.
B) For Students (Session Participants):
- Registration is not required for students. We collect the full name they provide when entering a session.
- The answers they submit and the results they achieve during the session.
C) Security and Infrastructure Processing
- This Platform does not use analytics or tracking technologies. Technical request data (such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access time) is processed automatically by our hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare solely for security, traffic protection, and performance optimization purposes.
D) Cookies
- This Platform uses only essential cookies required for core functionality, authentication, and security. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. If you choose to sign in using Google, Google may set its own authentication cookies in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and manage our Service.
- To communicate with Instructors, provide technical support, and inform them about updates.
- To analyze the Platform’s performance and improve our service.
- To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activities.
AI-Assisted Features
The Platform may provide optional AI-assisted features to help Instructors generate or import assessment content. These features are user-initiated and process the content solely for the purpose of assisting with assessments. The content is not used for training external AI models.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Information may be shared only in the following cases:
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information to relevant government authorities if required by law.
5. Warning Regarding Sensitive Data
The Platform is not designed for storing sensitive personal information that requires high-level security. Therefore, you are strongly urged not to include any sensitive personal data of your own or your students (such as financial, health, or national ID information) in the assessment content. The responsibility for any risks arising from the inclusion of such information lies entirely with the Instructor who created the content.
Instructors’ Responsibility for Student Data
Instructors are responsible for ensuring that the collection and use of student personal data within assessments complies with applicable data protection laws. The Platform acts solely as a technical service provider.
6. Data Security
We implement modern technical and administrative security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, and deletion. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
All data is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Germany) with a GDPR-compliant hosting provider.
